^ Appears so, Camel3 only shows data for 6 days including today. Unfortunately they don't even mention the driver size (unless I missed it). They have a linked PDF manual but for the 40W they link the manual for the larger 80W which has 5.25" driver, so these are probably 4" or smaller.

Manufacturer looks to be Shenzhen Fenda from the FCC listing. Model number is R28BTUS. A similar model, branded as the Fenda F&D R25BT lists a 1" tweeter and 4" woofer.
