    why pay for a GPU enabled CPU when pairing with a dedicated video card? better off with a faster 2600 non-GPU CPU for about the same price.

    Nothing wrong with the 2400G -- the integrated GPU performs similarly to a GT 1030 or RX 550 when paired with fast memory. I'm not sure the GT 1050 is *quite* enough of an upgrade. I'd say either use the 2400G's integrated graphics and no discrete graphics card, or you'd want to step up to 1050 ti or 1060 3G/6G level (RX 470/480).

    Doesn't seem bad, just a strange pairing.
