I live in the mountains...these are worst things ever to invade "them there hills" Ben Bargains - Go visit a 2nd grade class and let them teach you good from bad. Oh, this is bad.
The plastic bags themselves are not the problem... It's the way they are handles after use that's the problem. ANYTHING mishandled after use, plastic or otherwise, can be problematic.
-- There is ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEM WITH PLASTIC BAGS. You are being swindled if you bought into this environmental-global-warming conspiracy theory. -- In the 1980s when these bags first came to grocery stores, they were given a news spot on Kiro 7 news with Susan Hutchinson. THEY CLEARLY SHOWED THE BAGS TUMBLING ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD SAYING THAT THEY BIODEGRADE FROM SUNLIGHT. -- Today's bags are so much thinner that you can place one on the dashboard of your car and IT WILL START TO DISINTEGRATE IN TEN DAYS. -- Stop the insanity, you deceived SNOWFLAKES!
Lol, wow, there sure are a lot (well 13 or so) of Bens Bargainers who hate even the mention of being reasonable and scientific about environment issues.

Do snowflakes biodegrade? Or will they end up in a landfill or on the side of the road, hanging around unchanged for 1000 yrs?
