FWIW, when I follow the link it's at my store. If it's not at your store, it will only be available for shipping if it's in your "region". They won't ship from anywhere in the country.

Quite a haul from where I will be but not impossible.
While checking Lowes I opened a chat session using that pesky popup window and was told that ups and fedx will not ship closeout items because they can't be returned. Thus truck delivery for $69 and no free parcel shipping for MyLowes.
Well, I bought them in St. Pete and traveled from Nashville the next day but got to St. Pete too late so kept going to Bradenton. Two days later I traveled to St. Pete and back to get them.
Let's see. 44 minutes one way, 51 minutes return trip. $1.50 tolls each way. Wacky me. But I have the stools.

to search your local area, but if it's not even available for shipping, then I'd say you're out of luck.
