if you search "208 LED solar light" you should be able to find the same product for less

It's amazing they can manufacture and sell at this price point, though they're made of ABS which technically, isn't supposed to be used for outdoor applications because of low UV resistance. If it were anything else I'd just suggest to keep it out of direct sunlight but not really possible with these.
