Is this only for the year plan with ads? Or can I get half off ad free? Why should we pay for advertising?

Yes, it’s for the ad supported plan. You’re paying to get to watch the shows, not paying for the ads. The ads are just a byproduct because the lower subscription payment isn’t enough to cover all the shows. If you like the peacock shows it’s a good deal. If not, there are better ways to spend your time.

Yes MajorMeatwad, you can apply the same code to the ad free subscription and get 50% off that.

Heads up to any Xfinity customers, you likely get Peacock premium for free. I only have internet through Xfinity and I qualified. Comcast sends you a streaming box (you don't have to use it, I stored mine away and use a Roku). You can check here: https://www.peacocktv.com/xfinity

Peacock has some good classic tv shows on it but I have Xfinity so I get it for free. For me it's INCREDIBLY slow and heavily delayed and there are very little good movies on it so if I had to pay for it I would NOT recommend the service. At least not yet

I have the free 3 months Premium through Google which expires next week. I tried the code but it didn't work. It may only work for new customers.
