Update [11/26]: This deal is still available, and if you don't already have Disney+, you can get Hulu bundled with Disney+ for a combined price of $4.98/month; after signing up for the Hulu $1.99/month offer, log in to Hulu, go to "Manage Plan" and add Disney+ as add-on for $2.99/ month. This will not work if you already have a Disney+ plan, YMMV.

Black Friday deal! Hulu is offering a year of Hulu (Ad Supported) for $1.99/month. For new and eligible returning subscribers (not current). Normally $7.99 per month. Cancel anytime.

Certain credit cards will automatically refund your monthly statement balance if it is below $2, every month. Discover, Sony card, and a few others do this. For the full list, check here:

So, if you happen to have one of those cards that you're generally not using, charge Hulu to that card to get it 100% free. I've had this (also the Google 100GB storage upgrade for $1.99/mo) going for years, with no issues.

It's not a significant amount of money either way, but if you have one of those cards and you're not using it much, might as well let the bank cover your Hulu bill.

Is the Disney+ $2.99 for only a month, or the whole year? If it goes back up after a month it’s not really worth it.
