For reference, my current 13 speaker system (7.2.4) is all Klipsch. I like their speakers.

I have, in the past, owned four Klipsch powered speakers, and one by one, the amplifiers started to develop hum and slowly but methodically finally all died. All four with identical symptoms. I don't know if the current powered speaker line suffers from the same issues, but I do know that I will never again buy Klipsch powered speakers.

I like their speakers, but I don't like their amps.
