it's a way to keep you from canceling the order. You just purchased an item from a China Warehouse. They most likely used a FEDex fake shipping label. When you get the package it will be china post marked. I think it should be illegal. Rosegal dose this!

received two mounts, one with 3M sticky pad, the other is a removable suction cup, installed, so far so good.
