Pretty darn good deal, considering that this is new and that is selling refurbs for a couple of bucks more than this. I own a couple of these sets, and have been very pleased with their overall performance and, particularly, the good battery life of both the mouse and keyboard. Great choice for those folks, like myself, that still prefer an "ergo" keyboard. Logitech has also really perfected their "unifying" technology that allows users to swap/interchange/add on mice and keyboards between various work stations. That feature works seamlessly for me, and has been much-appreciated.
