Don't really understand the cloud activation thing, I'm assuming you have to give your steam credentials to a third party? If that's the case, hard pass!
It works. Wasn't easy to figure out though. Add to cart, checkout VIA PayPal, and the activation link will be sent to whatever email the PayPal account uses. Before you open it, make sure you have the Steam Mobile App downloaded to your phone. Then, from your PC, log into Steam > Settings > Steam Guard > Activate Steam code via mobile. Return to the Steam app on your phone, refresh, and now you're ready. Click the activation link and you will have to sign in to your Steam account on the GamesDeals website as well as input the most recent mobile Steam Guard Code that is showing on your mobile device before you hit redeem. Hurry, you only have 30 seconds until the code is automatically refreshed!
cloud activation uses steam guard which is basically their way of multi-factor authentication method using phone's sms for new access code generation. This is nothing new.
