What does "Cosmetic Grade B" mean? the screen is still good, and only a few scratches on the cover?

I have a pre-owned E6430 i5. I had been using it as a "desktop" in a Dell laptop dock, a large LCD monitor and wireless BT keyboard/mouse. It has been very dependable.

Looks like you can get a memory upgrade from 4gb to 8gb for $10 more.

I have a bunch of these in my office - they just will not die. Replaced batteries (inexpensive), OS and drives. Still going and going.
