The picture shows Made In USA stamped on it and a recent reviewer states "This is made by Vaughan for Sears, and is made in the USA".

Seems like an iconic piece, a reminder of a simpler time when Sears was king of the tool world. Still sinking, they probably won't last much past the holiday season.
