I noticed something annoying... if you have pending discounts to be applied they trump the $20 off deal. So for example I have a $8 off that kicks in if I buy Optimum Nutrition products that are part of this deal, and the $20 off doesn't come up. If there is a way to pick and choose which applicable discounts to apply, it's not obvious.
But yes, I did confirm $20 off $60+ purchases (as long as there are no conflicting discounts).
