Ethernet /hub + adapter cables for type-c Can also be used as USB 3.0 if you have the cable that adapts usb 3.0 to disk drive. (blue USB to USB-Micro-B). I have an extra drive connector laying around. Now phones are all going type c as well as portables This is usb 3.0 not 3.1 , difference being 5GBps versus 10GBps bandwidth. This is also TRUE Gigabit ethernet with realtek chipset(easy plug and play with windows drivers) a lot of usb ethernet adapters are only 100mps not gigabit/1000mps.
