This claims to do Quick Charge 2.0 and 3.0, but has a max input voltage of 9v, whereas QC 3.0 goes to 20. Uhm, something's wrong there.

For a tester that doesn't do QC 3 or USB-C, this is way overpriced.

^ Seems awfully picky for $7 and a reviewer does show a pic with it at 9.2V.
