My dad has this device. It is a really, really terrible device. The touch screen is not very sensitive, so you have to press extra hard to get it to register. The device is really slow and it spontaneously reboots whenever it feels like. It only has 1GB of RAM, and no matter what (even on clean power off/reboot), nearly all of that RAM is used up by who knows what background/system processes such that your running app ends up having practically nothing to work with, leading to spontaneous app crashes too.

My cheap LG G Pad F 7.0" (LK430) tablet has almost the same specs as the AQT80, yet I don't have nearly the number of spontaneous reboots/app crashes and my touch screen is responsive.
Supposedly AQT80 is rootable with Kingroot and this might help you get the device to be more usable by killing off some bloatware. Or you might brick your device. I haven't tried this yet.
