My experience with several ceramic knives was negative. They dulled quickly for me and a couple had their tips break off. You have to have expensive equipment to sharpen them, or send them back to the manufacturer for sharpening.

Others are going for $14-$23. Not sure why it would post as $80 regularly. Still a good deal for ceramic knives..They are good knives and yes, the tips does break off easily compared to those stainless steel knives. thanks for sharing.
