Gimmick, in that most others that "Customers who viewed this item also viewed" are about this same price, with several a few dollars cheaper (and just as good of reviews)

OX150, it is an older model.. later ones are OX200 / OX250. On their website betterbasics.com it says "For Sports / Aviation Use Only 'Not Intended For Medical Use"
