A few things: (1)There are two variants of the RX 560 -- one as fast as the RX 460 and one a little faster. This is probably the slower one, which isn't bad for higher-end entry-level gaming, I'm guessing medium settings at 1080 in most newer games, older games fine...and lowered settings in really demanding games. (2)Ryzen benefits heavily from faster memory (than this), but 16 threads will probably get what you need done fast enough of the task is optimized for multiple threads. (3)Buying an HDD for anything but a cheap system is crazy in 2018. A $50 128GB SSD boot-drive would better suit this system, with the 1TB used for big programs and media. But then you'd have to re-install...which may be a pain. I *think* windows allows it, though, with a product key or after activation. You may have to get MS on the phone.
