Finally, this time I found something I was going to buy anyway. They really do need a better way to search those merchants. The code did work, input on last page of Paypal checkout.
If they really want more purchases then allow the coupon to be used more then once and on more items. I've cancelled a multiple purchase in my cart once I saw that previously I used the coupon and couldn't use it again within the allotted time frame.
