This is the "normal" price. I purchased one of these and it works great controlling the time one of our bathroom exhaust fans runs. I am waiting for the price to drop further before purchasing 3 additional timer switches.

If you are using this to control a device that is not visible from the switch (a dry vent booster fan in the attic for my case), there is no indicator to tell if the device is currently on or off. The lights on the switch just indicate the last button pushed.
