    I avoid the
    Newegg
rebate deals. Most times the prices are inflated with a promise of money back with a rebate. However I got burned 3 times in a row, sending rebates promptly and as per instructions only to never get the rebate or have a postcard sent with a denial of the rebate with no explanation.

I’m really surprised there has not been a class action lawsuit against
    Newegg
    .

This surprises me....I have sent in
    Newegg
rebates many, many times and never had an issue. It is a hassle, and you do have to wait some time to see them, but they have always come through for me. I do wish they'd drop this marketing strategy though and just do normal sales, but I suppose they make money off of those who intend to submit the rebate but never get around to doing so.

It took my last one 10 weeks AFTER PROCESSING to arrive.

I have never had any problems with
    NewEgg
    rebates.
But I prefer that the rebate is a check instead of a debit card.
