I ordered some stuff from them for Christmas gifts to my wife. They shorted the order so I sent in a form from the website. All I ever got back was the lame auto reply to which I did everything they asked and they would never respond. I tried to contact them for over 2 weeks and never a word. I finally filed a claim with my CC company and Fredericks has still yet to respond. Pricing is good quality seems nice but good luck if you need help out of them.
