Nice if you need to remove goo indoors due to low petroleum fumes. When I can do it outdoors I usually use 2 cycle gas/oil mix due to the lower cost. Having oil in that helps to keep the goo in suspension once the gas evaporates away.
^ Pretty much any goo remover is going to either have some degree of petroleum fumes or work very slowly.
If you can accept waiting hours, try anything with a large % of oil in it, for example mineral oil, vegetable oil, motor oil, peanut butter (very very slow), etc. saturated onto a paper towel laid on the surface if it runs off otherwise.
