The free plan is actually free, but you have to be careful - they will add services with a monthly charge without consent. Be very careful while clicking around their website and check the plans and services on your account. They won't let you have service without a valid credit card, and logging in to change my expired card automatically "upgraded" my account to a $7.99/month service and immediately charged my card.
